Warehouse Staff
Responsibilities:

According to established guidelines and the appropriate “pick” sheet, accurately and thoroughly fulfill inventory order requests.

Utilize conscientious and safe handling of all warehouse material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand dollies and forklifts in order to avoid personal injury to self, others and damage to product, equipment or facility.

Remain knowledgeable of current inventory and inventory levels. Performs monthly inventory count, as instructed, by physically counting and accurately recording product quantity and type, notifying manager immediately of discrepancies or problems.

Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area at all times including warehouse, grounds, bins and equipment; cleans up spills immediately; keeps walk areas and exits clear; locks and secures equipment and facility as required; notifies manager of problems or needed repairs immediately.

Demonstrates professionalism and speaks respectfully when interacting with staff, volunteers and the general public.

May perform other duties as assigned such as but not limited to pest control, furniture moving, helping with deliveries, etc.
Community Partner Officer
Partner Agency Relations:
· Build, maintain, and enhance community partner agency relations.
· Maintain partner agency forms, certifications, and training in agency records.
· Conduct & document site visits to ensure agency programs and facilities meet food bank and Feeding America standards and criteria. A mix of virtual site visits are acceptable.
· Effectively conduct and track annual Food Safety Training, including Civil Rights Training, for staff and community partner agencies.
· Expected to travel to partner agency locations about 10% of the time.
TEFAP:
· Complete and submit the TEFAP contract annually by the due date. Ensure compliance with the TEFAP contract.
· Submit monthly TEFAP reimbursements.
Farmers Market:
· Complete the FMNP & SFMNP contract and ensure compliance. Conduct annual training sessions with community partners, Farmers Market Association, and farmers involved in the program.
· Annually complete and document Farmers’ Market Reviews and site reviews for FMNP and SFMNP.
· Prepare and submit monthly FMNP & SFMNP reimbursements.
Compliance & Reporting:
· Complete and submit Blue Receipts and Feeding America Receipts Report monthly.
· Ensure that all activities and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
· Attend mandatory meetings and apply learnings from required webinars by WFAFB, Feeding Texas, Feeding America, USDA, and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
· Review and respond to initiatives from Feeding America, Feeding Texas, and other food banks.
· In conjunction with the Finance Department, prepare, review, adjust, and track budgets for SSOC, FMNP, SFMNP, and TEFAP, as well as the Inventory Transaction Recap Report for donated food.
Leadership:
· As a senior management position, be responsible for providing leadership in decision-making and vision development for the Food Bank while serving our team and employees.
· Collaborate and effectively communicate routinely with both internal and external resources.
· Effectively coordinate with and support the efforts of all departments of the Food Bank.
· Assist with all other duties as assigned by the CEO.
