On Friday, November 6, the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank will deliver food collection boxes to participating schools throughout the area. Schools will collect food donations through Thursday, November 19th, helping bring the community together to support neighbors experiencing hunger.

Each year, Students Against Hunger gives schools an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their communities. By collecting food donations, students, teachers, and school staff help support the Food Bank’s work to provide nutritious food to individuals and families across its 12-county service area.

Community support plays an important role in ensuring neighbors have access to the food they need. Through efforts like Students Against Hunger, local schools can be part of the collective effort to strengthen communities and work toward a future where no one experiences hunger.
