David O'Neil

CEO

As the CEO, David is responsible for the overall administration and financial management of the Food Bank. He focuses on ensuring that the organization is fiscally responsible in all its activities and programming to ensure all dollars are used in the most efficient way. David creates a culture of growth and sustainability to make the Food Bank a resource for the community for years to come. Success is a driving force for David, and he instills that in the entire Food Bank team.

Andrew Wolf

Grants Director

As the Grants Director, Andrew is responsible for managing and maintaining all formal grant requests and bequests, overseeing the end-to-end process. He administers all funds according to donor agreements and contracts and monitors all financial and impact statistics for the Food Bank. Andrew designs proposals and budgets tailored to program and organizational needs, with a focus on creating sustainable approaches to reduce local hunger through both immediate and preventative solutions for the community

Julie Nawrocki

Director of Philanthropy

As the Director of Philanthropy, Julie is responsible for vital community outreach initiatives and manages key relationships throughout the Food Bank's 12-county service area. She creates a warm environment for volunteers and donors as they help minimize hunger in North Texas. She also plays a critical role in many operational projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness to ensure donated dollars are used in the best way.

Nina Villafana

Marketing Director


As the Community Partner Officer, Nina is responsible for managing relationships with partnered organizations to help distribute food to neighbors experiencing hunger. She strengthens partnerships and develops new outreach initiatives to ensure no community in the Food Bank's 12-county service area is forgotten. She serves as the primary point of contact for over 90 organizations partnered with the Food Bank to minimize hunger.

Zachary Graham

Marketing Director


As the Marketing Director, Zach is responsible for the digital content and media design for the Food Bank. He is passionate about telling a story through his designs and creating content that emotionally connects the viewer. He manages all social media channels and aligns all efforts to the approved brand standard and guide.

Rusty Williams

Operations Director

As the Operations Director, Rusty is responsible for the logistics of receiving and distributing nutritious food throughout the Food Bank's 12-county service area. He is dedicated to giving back and ensuring that food is safely stored and distributed by enforcing detailed quality control standards. The standards managed by him have helped the Food Bank consistently be recognized for Food Safety by AIB International, a national accreditor for food safety.

Megan McGowan

Nutrition Services Director

As the Nutrition Services Director, Megan is responsible for leading the Nutrition Education Department at the Food Bank. She is passionate about teaching realistic nutrition skills to neighbors experiencing hunger. Her programming focuses on setting goals, sharing recipes, and creating nutritious meals using food that is distributed by the Food Bank and its partners

Jim McMahan

Child Hunger Director

As the Child Hunger Director, Jim is responsible for hunger relief efforts that focus on children experiencing hunger throughout the Food Bank's 12-county service area. He strengthens relationships with educators to ensure children have access to the nourishment they need, and leads the PowerPak4Kids and Kids' Cafe Programs, both of which provide children with food resources outside of school hours. 

Bryan Miller

Food Sourcing Manager

As the Food Sourcing Manager, Bryan is responsible for sourcing nutritious food for the Food Bank. He manages all food ordering so that the community has access to a diverse range of food options. He strengthens partnerships with donating businesses, such as Walmart, Sam's Club, United Supermarkets, Dollar General, and Aldi, to ensure the process of donating unsold items is efficient and effective.
