Andrew Wolf

Grants Director

As the Grants Director, Andrew is responsible for managing and maintaining all formal grant requests and bequests, overseeing the end-to-end process. He administers all funds according to donor agreements and contracts and monitors all financial and impact statistics for the Food Bank. Andrew designs proposals and budgets tailored to program and organizational needs, with a focus on creating sustainable approaches to reduce local hunger through both immediate and preventative solutions for the community. Raised on a dairy farm in Windthorst, TX, he has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by rural communities.

With a decade of experience in nonprofit involvement, Andrew is deeply committed to philanthropy. He has served on various nonprofit committees and participated in numerous fundraising projects, including the Dancing for the Stars fundraiser for the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, where he was a celebrity dancer at their annual event. His drive for high-impact initiatives has equipped him with a diverse skill set, including experience in private equity, wealth management, human resources, and grant administration.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Midwestern State University, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude as a member of the Redwine Honors Program. During his studies, he received several accolades, including his appointment as the Governor-Appointed Student Regent on the Midwestern State University Board of Regents, recognition as the Outstanding Man of the Year (multiple times), the Howard Farrell Community Excellence Award, and the title of Chancellor-Appointed Chancellor Ambassador. To further advance his career in philanthropy, Andrew returned to Midwestern State University and obtained a Nonprofit Management Certificate.
