
As the Community Partner Officer, Nina is responsible for managing relationships with partnered organizations to help distribute food to neighbors experiencing hunger. She strengthens partnerships and develops new outreach initiatives to ensure no community in the Food Bank's 12-county service area is forgotten. She serves as the primary point of contact for over 90 organizations partnered with the Food Bank to minimize hunger.
Nina is committed to community involvement, and as a member of the Senior-Junior Forum, she understands how partnerships are critical to maximizing impact. Having previously served as the Food Bank's Volunteer Coordinator, Nina doubled volunteer engagement and formalized the department with a new volunteer management system. Additionally, she helped launch a system for the Food Bank and its partnered organizations to record neighbor information digitally, transforming the way data is collected and used.
Nina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas Permian Basin and has a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Midwestern State University. She is currently advancing her professional studies and has returned to the University of Texas Permian Basin to pursue a Master of Business Administration.
