Rusty Williams

Operations Director

As the Operations Director, Rusty is responsible for the logistics of receiving and distributing nutritious food throughout the Food Bank's 12-county service area. He is dedicated to giving back and ensuring that food is safely stored and distributed by enforcing detailed quality control standards. The standards managed by him have helped the Food Bank consistently be recognized for Food Safety by AIB International, a national accreditor for food safety.

Rusty brings an extensive tenure in the field of charitable food systems to his current role. His tenure at the Food Bank is extremely notable, having been a Food Bank employee for most of the past 30 years. Beginning as a Warehouse Associate, Rusty has developed a deep understanding of how the Food Bank works and provides a unique perspective on the history of the organization.

Rusty attended Seymour High School and has dedicated his career to helping others. His commitment to serving the community has been a hallmark of his career, and he takes great pride in making a difference in the lives of others.
