The recent reductions in supplemental SNAP benefits are significantly impacting our Seniors the most and because of partners like Sam's Club and Walmart the donated food we receive daily is there to help feed our neighbors.”Said David O’Neil, CEO of the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank.
